Constructed with Twinwall® technology, it features two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum, which provides exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion, and an inner tube of ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum that is hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. This combination ensures a strong, lightweight handlebar designed to endure rigorous riding conditions. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube keep water, mud, and cleaning fluids out, maintaining the integrity of the handlebar over time. Additionally, the handlebar is laser marked in the middle for precise positioning, aiding riders in optimal placement for control and comfort. Each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad, which enhances protection and durability during intense riding sessions.
