The RENTHAL Twinwall® Handlebar model 993-01-BK-16-294 is engineered for durability and performance in motocross and off-road riding. Crafted from high-quality materials, this handlebar features a twinwall construction consisting of two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum for exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, and an inner tube of ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum that provides increased stiffness. The anodized outer layer enhances corrosion resistance, while the hard anodized inner layer offers wear resistance from twist grip and controls. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube effectively keep water and cleaning fluids out, maintaining the integrity of the handlebar in demanding environments. Laser marking in the middle of the bar ensures precise positioning during installation. An injection-molded foam bar pad is included for added protection and increased durability during aggressive riding. Designed specifically for bikes originally equipped with 7/8-inch bars, this handlebar requires model-specific 1-1/8-inch bar mounts for proper fitment.
