The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines advanced protection, comfort, and connectivity for daily commuting, touring, and long-distance riding. The shell is available in advanced multi-material construction using carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, or Premium Integrated Matrix EVO Carbon (PIM EVO Carbon) with carbon and carbon-glass hybrid fabrics. These lightweight shell designs provide enhanced shock resistance, durability, and balanced performance while helping reduce rider fatigue.
The modular design allows convenient transitions between full-face and open-face configurations. A refined chin bar locking system provides secure engagement with reduced cheek pressure, while the dual-axis pivot mechanism positions the chin bar close to the shell to minimize air resistance, turbulence, and wind noise. The chin bar and retractable chin curtain facilitate easy helmet installation and removal while maintaining a streamlined aerodynamic profile.
Visibility is supported by the HJ-37 visor, prepared for Pinlock® 120XLT® insert lenses, with 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. The dynamic multi-step sun visor features quick bottom-positioned activation, smoke tint, and anti-fog coating, and can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. Eyebrow vents assist with defogging and airflow management. Carbon versions also feature full front-to-back ventilation with five intake vents and seven exhaust outlets.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric for lasting comfort. 3D contour cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes, while the removable and washable crown and cheek pads simplify maintenance and allow a customized fit. Select configurations include an EPS design that accommodates eyewear, 3D-engineered low-noise padding, and reflective materials for increased visibility in low-light conditions.
