HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet Madal with Sun Shield

The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet is a high-performance touring helmet designed for all-day comfort and superior safety. Featuring an advanced shell construction, it utilizes a sophisticated blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This innovative composition provides exceptional shock resistance and a lightweight profile, significantly reducing rider fatigue during long-distance journeys or daily commutes.

For crystal-clear visibility, the helmet is equipped with the HJ-37 Visor, which is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared. This shield offers 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating to ensure durability in demanding conditions. A dynamic, multi-step sun visor is integrated into the design, featuring an anti-fog coating and a bottom-positioned mechanism for quick activation. The sun shield can be adjusted up to 10 mm closer to the rider's face for a personalized shading experience. To maintain optimal airflow, integrated eyebrow vents provide effective defogging and internal temperature management.

The interior is crafted with the RPHA Premium Fit system, utilizing anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabrics for maximum hygiene and comfort. The 3D contour cheek pads and crown pads are fully removable and washable, allowing for a custom fit and easy maintenance. Reflective materials are also integrated into the design to enhance rider visibility in low-light conditions.

A standout feature of this modular helmet is its unique chin bar with a dual-axis pivot mechanism. This technology allows the chin bar to close tightly against the shell, minimizing wind noise and air resistance. When open, the chin bar retracts smoothly for easy installation and a streamlined aerodynamic profile. Additionally, the helmet features seamless integration for the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system. Co-developed with SENA, this all-in-one system ensures balanced weight distribution and effortless connectivity (Smart HJC devices sold separately).
