Crafted with a multi-material shell including carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet provides enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile. Its advanced shell design ensures optimal energy absorption and durability, suitable for both urban commuting and long-distance touring.

The helmet features a premium HJ-37 visor prepared with Pinlock® 120XLT® for anti-fog performance and 99% UV protection. The quick-activate, dynamic multi-step sun visor offers a smoke tint with anti-fog coating, allowing riders to adjust shading swiftly through a bottom-positioned mechanism. This design enables the sun visor to be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized comfort and optimal shading in varying lighting conditions. Eyebrow vents facilitate effective defogging and ventilation, contributing to clear vision and rider comfort during extended rides.

Inside, the RPHA 91 boasts a premium fit interior with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric. The 3D contour cheek pads, which are interchangeable across all sizes, along with removable and washable crown and cheek pads, ensure a customizable and hygienic fit. Safety is further enhanced with reflective material incorporated into the helmet for increased visibility. The chin bar features a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to close tightly to reduce air resistance and wind noise, providing a streamlined profile. Compatible with models like the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71, this system was co-developed with SENA and is tailored specifically for HJC helmets. Please note that all Smart HJC devices are sold separately, allowing riders to customize their communication setup.
