The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines innovative materials and advanced features to deliver superior protection, comfort, and versatility for modern riders. Crafted from a multi-material shell including carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet offers enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for extended riding comfort. The carefully engineered construction ensures optimal energy absorption and durability, making it suitable for both daily commuting and long-distance touring.
Equipped with the HJ-37 Visor, this helmet features Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared technology, providing 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating to maintain clear visibility in various conditions. The dynamic multi-step sun visor is operated effortlessly via a bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing you to adjust the tinted shield up to 10 mm closer to your face for personalized shading. Its anti-fog coating guarantees clarity in foggy or humid environments, while the quick activation ensures seamless transitions between sun protection and full face coverage.
The helmet’s eyebrow vents serve dual purposes: defogging and ventilation, promoting airflow and reducing internal fogging for an unobstructed view. The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking fabric that dries quickly, offering comfort and hygiene during extended rides. 3D contour cheek pads and removable, washable crown and cheek pads enable a customizable fit for various head sizes. Reflective materials enhance visibility and safety, especially in low-light conditions.
The chin bar features a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to retract smoothly into an ultra-compact profile that minimizes wind noise and air resistance. Its streamlined design enhances aerodynamics and rider comfort. The helmet also incorporates the Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, an all-in-one device integrated into the helmet structure for seamless operation without compromising weight distribution or aerodynamic performance.
