The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet offers advanced safety and comfort features designed for motorcycle enthusiasts seeking premium protection. Crafted with a sophisticated shell composed of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet provides excellent shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile. This advanced construction ensures durability and optimal impact absorption, making it ideal for both long-distance touring and daily commuting.

Visibility and adaptability are central to the design. The helmet features a Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared HJ-37 visor that offers 99% UV protection and is coated with an anti-scratch treatment. For changing light conditions, the dynamic multi-step sun visor can be swiftly activated via a bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing riders to position the shield up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and reduced glare. Integrated eyebrow vents facilitate effective defogging and ventilation, keeping the rider comfortable and the visor clear in various weather conditions.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior is equipped with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric to ensure a hygienic environment. The interior features 3D contour cheek pads that are interchangeable across all shell sizes for a tailored fit, along with removable and washable crown and cheek pads to maintain freshness. To ensure a quiet ride, the chin bar utilizes a dual-axis pivot mechanism that closes tightly against the shell to minimize air resistance and wind noise.

The helmet is also prepared for the Smart HJC 2nd Generation system. Co-developed with SENA, this integrated design distributes weight evenly and maintains aerodynamic efficiency for a seamless connectivity experience (sold separately). With added reflective materials for low-light visibility, the RPHA 91 combines modern technology and customizable comfort to meet the demands of serious riders.
