The helmet’s interior is crafted with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking fabric that offers quick-drying properties, and the full interior includes removable, washable crown and cheek pads for personalized comfort and hygiene.

Designed for practicality and safety, the HJC RPHA 91 features eyebrows vents that act as effective defogging and ventilation channels, complemented by a full front-to-back airflow system with five intake and seven exhaust vents to maintain optimal temperature and reduce fogging. The helmet is compatible with the second-generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems, allowing seamless communication and navigation. The Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared HJ-37 visor provides 99% UV protection, is anti-scratch coated, and can be easily operated via the bottom-positioned Sun Shield Mechanism. The multi-step sun visor offers customizable shading, enabling riders to adjust it up to 10 mm closer for personalized comfort and clarity in varying light conditions.

The helmet’s aerodynamic design includes a dual-axis pivot chin bar that minimizes air resistance and wind noise, enhancing overall riding experience. The chin curtain can be retracted for easy installation and the helmet features reflective materials for added safety during night riding.
