HJC RPHA 60 Motorcycle Helmet with Premium P.I.M.™ Technology

The HJC RPHA 60 Helmet delivers a high-performance riding experience, combining cutting-edge materials with innovative design for serious riders. Crafted with Premium Integrated Matrix (P.I.M.™) construction, the shell utilizes a composite fiber tissue infused with epoxy resin—a high-performance material proven in the aircraft and racing industries. This specialized structure enhances impact protection while maintaining a lightweight profile, ensuring durability and uniform stability during high-speed rides.

Engineered for aerodynamic excellence, the shell structure reduces air resistance and provides superior stability. The helmet features a wind tunnel-tested pick visor, optimized through advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to minimize drag at high velocities. For versatile visibility, the helmet is equipped with a dark smoke sun shield that can be attached or removed without tools. The Pinlock® HJ-47 visor offers 99% UV protection and features an anti-scratch coating, ensuring long-lasting clarity in various lighting conditions.

Rider comfort is prioritized through the Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS), which utilizes three front intakes and four exhausts to flush heat and humidity out of the helmet. Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior is crafted from anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric. The 3D contour cheek pads are interchangeable across all sizes and feature reflective elements for added safety. For easy maintenance, the crown and cheek pads are fully removable and washable.

Safety and convenience are integrated into every detail, including a secure Double-D ring locking system and compatibility with HJC’s SMART Bluetooth systems (models 11B, 21B, and 50B, sold separately). This helmet comes standard with a chin curtain and breath deflector to further enhance airflow management and reduce fogging.
