The GMAX FF-98 Aftershock Helmet combines advanced safety features with modern comfort for motorcycle riders. This helmet is DOT approved, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Its lightweight poly alloy shell weighs only about 3.5 pounds, providing a comfortable fit for extended wear. The helmet features a Drop Down Sun Shield with an anti-fog coating, allowing riders to easily switch between sun and shaded conditions without removing the helmet. The UV400 coated shields offer 100% UV protection, safeguarding your eyes from harmful rays during daytime rides.

Comfort is enhanced with the SpaSoft™ interior, which keeps you dry and comfortable through moisture-wicking COOLMAX® CORE technology that dries quickly and charcoal bamboo fiber that helps eliminate odors by preventing bacterial growth. The interior is removable, adjustable, and washable, allowing for a customized fit and easy maintenance. Ventilation is optimized with eight intake and exhaust vents, promoting airflow to keep you cool on warm rides.

The FF-98 features GMAX’s innovative quick-release face shield mechanism, which facilitates tool-less removal and replacement, enhancing convenience and safety. The shield also includes a shield lock for added security. Built-in speaker pockets and compatibility with intercom systems make communication seamless during rides. The helmet comes with an integrated multi-function red LED rear light for increased visibility, with an option to upgrade to a wireless brake light kit for even greater safety. Additional features include a breath deflector, chin curtain, and a built-in sun visor, all designed to improve rider comfort and safety in various conditions.
