At the core of the design is a polycarbonate alloy shell construction, offering exceptional penetration resistance. To manage energy more effectively, the interior features Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON. These specialized cells maximize the absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, significantly reducing the forces transmitted to the brain. Complementing this is a multi-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) system, fine-tuned to provide a progressive response to both high-speed and low-speed impacts.
Comfort and airflow are prioritized through the True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system. When in motion, air is forced through multiple intake vents, directed through aligned channels in the EPS, and exhausted out the rear to keep you cool. The interior features a moisture-wicking, anti-microbial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads, all of which are removable and washable for easy maintenance.
