The Fly Racing Formula CP helmet offers professional-grade protection with a focus on safety and comfort for riders. Crafted from a high-strength polycarbonate alloy shell, this helmet provides an extremely lightweight yet durable barrier against impacts, enhancing rider confidence without sacrificing comfort. Its design incorporates impact energy cells made of RHEON material, which maximize absorption of both linear and rotational impacts at low and high speeds, significantly reducing forces transmitted to the brain. This advanced impact mitigation system ensures a high level of safety during intense riding sessions.

The helmet features multi-density EPS technology that is finely tuned into critical zones, providing a progressive response to impacts of varying speeds, while expanded volume EPS in strategic areas increases impact absorption and offers superior cushioning. The addition of an expanded EPS chin bar adds an extra layer of impact resistance, offering enhanced protection for the face and jaw area. For added safety, the clavicle shell relief zone—filled with EPS and EPP—is designed to reduce clavicle injuries by creating a soft zone that absorbs and disperses impact forces.

Comfort is a priority, featuring a washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial liner and quick-release cheek pads that ensure a snug fit and easy maintenance. The True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system channels airflow through multiple intake vents and aligned EPS channels, then out through rear exhaust vents, maintaining optimal temperature and reducing rider fatigue. Practical details include lightweight custom visor screws, stainless steel D-rings for secure fastening, and a custom molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard.
