The Fly Racing Formula CP DBK Helmet offers a sophisticated blend of advanced safety technology and lightweight comfort for riders. Constructed with a durable polycarbonate alloy shell, this helmet provides excellent penetration resistance while maintaining a low-profile weight to reduce rider fatigue during extended use. At the core of its protection system are Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON technology, which maximize the absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, effectively diminishing the forces transmitted to the brain.

Safety is further enhanced by multi-density EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) technology. This system utilizes strategic zones that respond progressively to both low and high-speed impacts, with expanded volume EPS in critical areas for increased suspension and absorption. The design includes an EPS chin bar for superior damage resistance and a dedicated clavicle shell relief zone—composed of EPS and EPP—to help reduce the risk of clavicle injuries during a crash. A custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard adds an extra layer of protection while maintaining a sleek, aerodynamic appearance.

For internal comfort, the helmet features a moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads, all of which are removable and washable for easy maintenance. The True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system keeps riders cool by actively forcing air through multiple intake vents, channeling it through the EPS, and expelling it via rear exhaust vents. For secure fastening, the helmet is equipped with lightweight custom visor screws and durable stainless steel D-rings.
