At the core of the AR1 is a sculptured, dual-density EPS impact-absorbing liner. This advanced internal structure is specifically designed to absorb both large and small impacts. The exterior shell is constructed from injection-molded polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), offering a durable and lightweight barrier against the elements. To keep you comfortable during intense rides, the helmet features a highly developed ventilation system with multiple large intake ports and rear exhaust vents that maximize airflow and heat dissipation.
Inside, the helmet is outfitted with a removable and washable liner made from moisture-wicking fabrics, paired with replaceable cheek pads to maintain a fresh feel and custom fit. A flexible rubber nose piece is also integrated to help deflect roost and debris while maintaining visibility.
