At the core of the boot is a Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) lower shell featuring an innovative shifter area design that reduces front roll and facilitates easy lever control. This structure is further strengthened with a metal shank and a reinforced toe zone. For precision control, the boots are equipped with a medial and lateral double pivot system, providing excellent flexibility while maintaining structural integrity. The contoured TPU calf protector plate and strategically placed shock-absorbing padding on the ankles and shin plate ensure maximum impact absorption.

The innovative closure system includes high-impact polymer buckles and an aluminum frame with self-aligning, quick-release closures for a secure, customized fit. An extended medial TPU panel with an enlarged rubber insert provides maximum grip contact with the bike and improved heat resistance. To keep the elements at bay, a soft microfiber gaiter effectively seals out excessive water and dirt entry.

Safety and maintenance are integrated into the design via a one-piece dual compound vulcanized rubber sole. This sole features an innovative wear limit indicator; when the foot peg area is worn down, a red layer is revealed, alerting the rider that it is time for a replacement. With extensive TPU protection across the toes, heel, ankle, calf, and shin, these boots offer comprehensive defense for any off-road environment.
