The Alpinestars Tech 5 boots are crafted with innovative, abrasion-resistant microfiber combined with synthetic polymer on the toe box, providing exceptional durability and water resistance for off-road riding. The main microfiber material offers lightweight performance and maintains a consistent fit over time, making them easy to clean and maintain. Designed for durability and comfort, the boots feature redesigned instep and Achilles accordion flex zones made from lightweight microfiber, delivering superior control, flexibility, and support during demanding rides. The contoured advanced polymer core structure envelops the upper boot, ensuring structural integrity while allowing controlled flex for better maneuverability.

Constructed with an anatomically profiled high modulus polymer shin plate, these boots offer excellent impact and abrasion resistance. The contoured shin plate is adjustable with a Velcro® panel for a personalized fit, enhancing comfort and security. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper sections of the boot, providing both flexibility and structural support essential for off-road riding. Inward-facing panels made from formulated polymer with grip sculpture patterning maximize contact with the bike, improving grip and abrasion resistance.

The rear features a thermoplastic rubber gaiter atop a TPU calf protector, delivering additional protection and comfort. The innovative buckle closure system incorporates polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges, offering durability and weight savings. The quick-release, self-aligning buckle system ensures a precise fit and enhances riding performance. All buckles are replaceable, and the TPU straps are ergonomically profiled to promote high levels of front flexion for better control. The one-piece TPU injected dual compound foot shell provides impact and abrasion resistance, reinforced internally with a metal shank and toe co-injection for additional safety.

The exclusive dual compound sole, seamlessly integrated into the multi-density foot base structure, offers superior grip, durability, and rider feedback. It is also replaceable, ensuring longevity. TPU heel patches and lateral/medial TPU parts deliver extra support and protection. The soft poly-foam around the ankles and collar absorbs shocks, while the full interior textile lining enhances comfort during long rides. The boots are equipped with a replaceable, anatomically shaped EVA footbed with a textile lining, ensuring all-day comfort and support for off-road enthusiasts.
