The helmet's advanced shell construction employs a multi-composite layering system, including a high-density 3K carbon outer layer for improved strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon fiber layer for enhanced radial strength and controlled impact deflection, and an aramid fiber layer providing critical penetration resistance. Epoxy resin bonding ensures maximum shell strength and energy management, while limited outer shell deflection helps distribute impact energy more evenly across the helmet's EPS liner, which is designed for efficient impact absorption.
