The Alpinestars SMX Plus Boots are engineered to deliver high-performance protection and exceptional comfort for motorcyclists. The front flex zone, crafted from soft microfiber, enhances forward and backward mobility, which is essential during dynamic riding maneuvers. Designed with rider safety in mind, the SMX Plus incorporates an evolution of Alpinestars' Multi-Link Control system. This system offers external protection and support for the ankle, limiting hyper-torsion, hyper-extension, and hyper-flexion movements that could cause injury. The boots also feature a dual-density thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) replaceable toe slider with a screw-in assembly, providing reliable protection around the outer toe while allowing easy replacement after wear. Reinforced with a replaceable heel slider and external side heel slider, these boots effectively dissipate shock and facilitate sliding during falls, enhancing rider safety.

Maximum flexibility and comfort are achieved through large asymmetrical accordion zones at the front and rear of the boots, which are optimized to allow natural foot movement. The micro-adjustable ratchet closure system ensures a secure fit with easy adjustment, while the inner instep speed lacing and lateral zipper enable precise and quick donning and removal.
