The Honda SMX Waterproof Jacket offers advanced protection and versatile comfort for riders facing diverse weather conditions. Crafted from a lightweight poly-fabric and 3-layer stretch softshell material weighing 315 grams per square meter, this jacket provides a balanced combination of durability, breathability, and light weight. With a breathability rating of 15k, it ensures effective moisture management to keep riders dry and comfortable during long rides. The jacket features a 2-layer fixed waterproof membrane that guarantees proven wet weather performance, while the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment on the external shell adds an extra layer of protection against rain and splashes.

The design incorporates a detachable thermal liner (100g in the body and 80g in the sleeves), allowing riders to adapt to changing climates effortlessly. Its engineered sports fit with pre-curved sleeves enhances riding performance by reducing fatigue and increasing mobility. The rear of the jacket is elongated for enhanced coverage while in a riding position, and the low-profile sports collar with a soft lining provides additional comfort. For impact protection, the jacket is equipped with Nucleon Flex Plus armor on shoulders and elbows, offering excellent resistance to impacts and abrasion while maintaining flexibility for unrestricted movement. Additionally, DFS Lite (dynamic friction shield) shoulders provide reinforced abrasion resistance.
