The Alpinestars Faster-3 Rideknit® shoes are engineered for high-performance road racing, combining lightweight construction with superior protection. Crafted from a durable microfiber chassis, these shoes provide an aggressive style while maintaining structural integrity and flexibility. The interior features a comfort-giving mesh lining that promotes breathability, ensuring your feet stay cool during demanding rides. The upper's abrasion-resistant microfiber enhances durability, while the replaceable anatomical EVA footbed with Lycra lining offers personalized comfort and support.
The shoes incorporate a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) heel counter for lateral support and security, complemented by an extended TPU ankle area that increases protection without sacrificing mobility. TPR slider details on the lateral toe box deliver additional flex and impact resistance, and the asymmetric toe design provides extra protection on the shift area.
Designed with a traditional lace closure system for a secure fit, the Faster-3 shoes also feature a lateral hook and loop closure with TPR strap for added security. Dual-density medial ankle protectors are integrated beneath the padded lining to offer strategic protection and flexibility. The padded tongue and collar ensure high levels of comfort around the ankle and instep, while internal reinforcements in the toe box and heel counter contribute to ergonomic support.
