The Alpinestars AMT-8 Stretch Drystar® XF Jacket offers premium comfort and advanced protection for touring riders. Crafted from breathable 100% stretch fabric, this jacket provides exceptional flexibility and unrestricted movement, ensuring a comfortable ride even during extended journeys. The active touring fit features pre-curved arms, ergonomic elbows, and a contoured bottom edge that aligns perfectly with the rider's posture for enhanced comfort and reduced fatigue. Strategically placed Hyperflow ventilation ports on the chest and arms act as scoops, capturing incoming airflow to deliver effective cooling during hot conditions. The back exhaust with a shingle design maintains constant airflow, allowing fresh air to enter from the front ports and exhaust through the rear, creating a continuous cross-flow of air that keeps riders cool and comfortable.

The jacket incorporates a waterproof Drystar®XF stretch liner that functions as both a windproof layer and rain protection. When worn as an inner liner, it offers additional insulation, and when used externally, it keeps riders dry in harsh weather. The liner can be conveniently packed away in its built-in bag and stored in the rear utility pocket when not in use. Designed with rider safety in mind, the jacket is Tech-Air® 7x compatible and features Nucleon Plasma Pro armor on the shoulders and elbows for effective impact absorption. The ergonomic 3D pattern enhances flexibility, while the storm collar with bungie adjusters prevents water ingress and provides a secure fit.

Additional features include adjustable forearm straps for secure protector placement, outdoors-inspired cuffs for increased coverage and compatibility with gloves, and hook-and-loop Hypalon cuffs for wrist regulation. The waist can be adjusted via a drawstring for a personalized fit. The minimalistic liner enhances comfort and includes internal pockets for a chest protector and back protector, with optional CE level armor available. A waterproof inner pocket ensures valuables remain dry, while the front cargo pockets and rear utility cargo pocket provide quick and practical storage options. The zippered waist connector allows secure attachment to Alpinestars AMT-8 Drystar® XF pants, completing a versatile and protective touring jacket suitable for a variety of riding conditions.
