Crafted from high-quality SCM-415 steel, these U-joints are cold forged to ensure strength and longevity. The precision-ground journals are case hardened to HRC 58-61, offering excellent wear resistance and ensuring smooth operation even under demanding conditions. Pre-greased with high-temperature Lithium Complex 3 grease, the joints are ready for installation, with grease channels and zerk fittings that facilitate easy lubrication for ongoing maintenance. Additionally, the kit includes a cap plug to eliminate the grease zerk in low-clearance applications, simplifying installation and reducing potential points of failure.
