Constructed with advanced Twinwall® technology, this handlebar features two aluminum alloy tubes—an outer tube made from 7010-T73 aluminum with exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and anodized to prevent corrosion, and an inner tube crafted from ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum that is hard anodized for increased wear resistance from twist grips and controls. This combination ensures a robust yet lightweight handlebar that withstands demanding riding conditions.
Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube prevent water, mud, and cleaning fluids from entering, maintaining integrity during rugged use. Laser marking positioned in the middle of the bar allows for precise and easy alignment during installation. Each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad for enhanced rider protection and increased durability, offering comfort and safety during intense riding sessions.
