The outer tube, made from 7010-T73 aluminum, is anodized to prevent corrosion, while the inner tube, constructed from ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, is hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. Rubber seals at the ends of the outer tube prevent water, mud, and cleaning fluids from penetrating, maintaining the integrity of the handlebar during tough rides.
