The HJC RPHA 60 motorcycle helmet combines Premium Integrated Matrix / P.I.M.™ construction with advanced aerodynamics, ventilation, and rider-focused comfort. Its high-performance fiber tissue, epoxy resin, and fiber reinforcement create a lightweight, durable structure designed to enhance impact protection and uniform stability. Similar materials are used in aerospace and racing applications, making this helmet suitable for everyday commuting, touring, sport riding, and high-speed performance.
The aerodynamic shell and wind tunnel-tested peak visor are optimized using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to reduce drag and improve stability at elevated speeds. A tool-free removable peak visor provides adaptable sun coverage, while the dynamic multi-step dark smoke sun shield can be quickly activated through the bottom-positioned operation system. The Pinlock® Ready HJ-47 visor offers 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating for clear, durable visibility.
The Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) uses three front intake vents and four exhaust outlets to create full front-to-back airflow, flushing heat and humidity from the helmet interior. Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior features moisture-wicking, quick-drying, anti-bacterial fabric for lasting comfort and freshness. Interchangeable 3D contour cheek pads include reflective safety elements, while the crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for easy maintenance. A Double-D ring locking system provides secure fastening, and a chin curtain and breath deflector are included as standard. The helmet is compatible with HJC SMART Bluetooth systems, including the 11B, 21B, and 50B models, sold separately.
